Treasury Secretary Geithner to Headline Bipartisan Policy Center's Financial Regulatory Roundtable
July 6, 2009Chairman Paul E. Kanjorski (D-PA) and Ranking Member Scott Garrett (R-NJ) of the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance, and Government Sponsored Enterprises, announced today that they will host an educational roundtable on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 with guest speaker, Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner. This is the fifth roundtable presented by the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) intended as an interactive, bipartisan forum for members of the Subcommittee to examine causes of the current U.S. financial crisis and discuss possible reforms.
