Amnesty International Urges China to Conduct a Fair and Impartial Investigation in Urumqi
July 6, 2009Amnesty International today called on the authorities in Urumqi to immediately launch an independent and impartial investigation into reports that 140 people were killed when a protest turned violent late on Sunday. Full release.
