1989 Tiananmen Massacre Survivors' Reunion
June 1, 2009The following is being issued by the Chinese Scholar Friendship Association: On June 4th 1989, Chinese military soldiers, equipped with Tanks and machine-guns from 15 army groups, crashed a peaceful student demonstration and democracy movement in Beijing. On the 20th Anniversary of Tiananmen Massacre, the survivors will, coming from all over the world, hold a press conference to commemorate the movement and victims. Full release.
