Taxes, Economy and Rising Premiums Force Employers to Take Long Hard Look at Health Care Benefits
May 12, 2009In an April survey conducted by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA) and its sister association, the Michigan Food and Beverage Association (MFBA), responses from one-third of a significant sample of small businesses across the state said they had considered cancelling their company's health care insurance, but only 5 percent actually did so.
