Grieving families of truck crash victims from across the nation will hold a "Sorrow to Strength" news conference to launch the StopBiggerTrucks.org grassroots campaign telling Congress to reject any size and weight increases of trucks traveling on U.S. highways and bridges and to issue a new state-by-state study ranking the most deadly states for fatal truck crashes. Major media outlets are reporting that United State Supreme Court Justice David Souter has informed the White House that he plans to retire at the end of the Court's current term.
