Vice President Biden Announces 'Drug Czar' Nominee, Says Drug Courts Critical in Ending the 'Cycle of Addiction and Incarceration'
March 11, 2009Speaking at a ceremony in Washington this afternoon, Vice President Biden officially announced that Seattle Police Chief R. Gil Kerlikowske is the Administration's choice to serve as the Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP).
