Change to Win, AFL-CIO File IRS Complaint Against the Marcus Foundation and Center for Union Facts
February 26, 2009Change to Win and the AFL-CIO filed a joint complaint with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) today against Rick Berman's Center for Union Facts and Bernie Marcus' the Marcus Foundation for violating their "charitable" tax status by engaging in partisan political activity on behalf of Republican Senate candidates during the 2008 election.
