Blunt Calls for Democrats to End Needless FISA Delays
February 22, 2008House Republican Whip Roy Blunt (Mo.) issued the following statement today after House Democrats convened a pointless staff meeting under the guise of working on a bipartisan bill -- already passed by the Senate -- to permanently close the terrorist loophole and protect responsible companies that helped secure the country in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
