Congressman Dave Weldon (R-FL), a physician, voted one more time against the Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), thus helping to prevent the expansion of this program to cover some of the 9 million uninsured children in our country. Nearly one in five higher education students now takes at least one class online, according to a new study of more than 2,500 colleges and universities nationwide.
