National Environmental Trust Statement on Supreme Court Decision to Review EPA Decision to Ignore Global Warming Pollution From Vehicles
June 26, 2006"The Court decided to wade into the rising waters of global warming. Given the failure of leadership by the Bush White House, it is heartening to know that some of the brightest minds in Washington recognize that this problem can no longer be ignored.
