League Denounces Erosion of Checks and Balances in American Democracy
June 12, 2006"Delegates to the League of Women Voters of the United States biennial national convention taking place in Minneapolis, Minnesota today strongly denounced the rapid erosion of the American system of checks and balances and separation of powers taking place nationwide.
