Fidelis on Abortion Ban Becoming Law: 'Sign of Hope for Women Across America'
March 6, 2006"South Dakota's Governor Mike Rounds officially signed legislation today banning all abortions in the state, except those to save the life of the mother.
Fidelis President Joseph Cella applauded the South Dakota Governor saying, "South Dakota Governor Mike Rounds has joined his state legislature in making South Dakota the most progressive state in the nation when it comes to protecting women.
