FRC Calls Chafee 'No' Vote on Alito 'Pandering to Liberal Groups'
January 30, 2006"Today, Senator Lincoln Chafee (R-RI) announced his opposition to the confirmation of Judge Samuel Alito as 110th Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. Tony Perkins, president of Family Research Council, issued the following statement:
