Former President Clinton to Speak at International Conference on Energy Issues and the Middle East in Qatar
January 25, 2006"Former U.S. President Bill Clinton will speak at an international conference co-sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the UCLA Ronald W. Burkle Center for International Relations later this week.
