"The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) today criticized the Open Society Institute (OSI), a private foundation funded and controlled by billionaire George Soros, for reportedly threatening to sue the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

According to today's Wall Street Journal, OSI "warns the U.S. Agency for International Development it plans to file suit today over requirement that recipients of federal AIDS grants pledge to oppose prostitution.
